Sometimes i wake up and really never know what to eat.. i'm vegan so, what do i do? no eggs, no yogurt, too lazy to make a tofu scram, and really cereal is so boring. So, the next best thing is to throw some fruit in a blender. I'm an advocate for smoothies, i mean the options are endless. Today, i made a pineapple, strawberry and banana smoothie. it's quite possibly the easiest and most delicious thing you could whip up in minutes, well seconds if you own a vita-mix.. enjoy!!
